Content of teaching
The term "Printed Electronics" is generally understood to manufacture functional electronic parts, components and systems (transistors, OLEDs, solar cells, batteries, etc.) in very large quantities as a mass product using conventional and digital printing technologies. The research field "Printed Elecronics" is characterized by its high degree of interdisciplinarity between the natural and engineering sciences. The lecture is therefore aimed at students of materials science, chemistry, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering. The aim of the lecture is to provide a comprehensive overview of the topics and tasks of printed electronics in order to gain a general understanding of the specific challenges in the fields of electrical engineering, materials science, chemistry and printing technology.
