Further Grading Information
Special subjects from the fields of micro- and nanoelectronics are object of this disposition. Using literature search and discussions with staff, the students elaborate on special topics or develop new solutions to special problems within the fields of semiconductor devices and circuits (project seminar). They present their results orally and in written form. It is also possible to conduct simulations with process and device simulators. A critical discussion in plenum should bring forward comprehension of coherences.
