Topics of the lessons are concretes with special properties like ultra high performance concrete, fiber concrete, self compacting concrete, foam- and light weight concrete as well as underwater concrete and exposed concrete. This building materials are presented concerning their raw materials, mixture designs, fresh- and hardened properties and their applications. Further the topics are deepened by exercises and practica. The course ends with an excursion.
