This course is aimed at speakers of Kurdish as a heritage language and at total beginners. Participants should have either no knowledge of Kurdish or only the very basics. The language will be taught using the Latin alphabet.
We will learn how to make ourselves understood using simple sentences, with oral communication playing a central role. The overall goal of the course is to provide basic skills in speaking, writing and reading in the context of everyday situations in social, family and household contexts.
The course material will be covered fairly rapidly. For this reason participants should plan adequate time for practice and homework.

Material will be made available for a small fee.
