This course is designed for students with some previous knowledge of Russian.
The aim of the course is for students to deal with and communicate in everyday situations using simple expressions. The following themes will be covered: Past-times and hobbies, shopping, careers, directions. Grammatical topics will include: Noun declension in dative and instrumental, personal pronouns in accusative, genitive and dative, motion verbs, reflexive and copula verbs, prepositions, adjective declension and comparatives, possessive, demonstrative and relative pronouns, conjunctions, aspect and simple past tense.
