The event will be held in winter semester 2020/2021 as online teaching. The online teaching starts
in week 45 (from 03.11.2020).
Online teaching takes place on the weekdays and at the times specified in the schedule chain
instead. The available room details for the individual dates in TUCaN represent the
original presence planning and are currently to be ignored.
The technical access to digital teaching takes place via Moodle.

The class on Lean Production explains the history and structure of lean production systems. During the course of the semester the class addresses - in a demonstrative and practical way - basics to lean production systems, concept of value orientation and waste, standardisation and stability, just-in-time and pull-systems, lean quality, line optimization, value stream management, continuous improvement, lean logistics, implementation lean production.
