Lehrinhalte
The course Building Engineering II serves as an in-depth lecture in the field of Building Engineering and is based on the contents of the course Building Engineering I.
The topics heating systems, ventilation systems, electrical engineering (high and low voltage current systems, lightning protection, lighting), structural fire protection, fire extinguishing systems, sanitary engineering, building automation as well as building engineering in plus-energy houses are taught in depth by specialists from renowned companies of the construction and planning industry.
In addition, the different disciplines are illustrated in exercises using a high-rise building.
As a Studienleistung an assignment (incl. colloquium) is to be prepared.
