Lehrinhalte
Steel-Concrete composite elements will be covered on the basis of the lecture
"Stahlbau 3 - Konstruktion". Special emphasis is layed
on:
- shear connection
- deflections, creep and shrinkage
- design for fire
- connections
- special girders
- composite slabs
Furthermore composite elements that are made of steel and other materials
will be introduced:
- Sandwichelements with polyurethan-foam or mineral wool,
- lightweight framing using cold formed sections and gypsum boards or
cementitious fibres as sheathing.
Detailing and connections will be also covered, as heat-, sound- and
fire-insulation of these building products.
