Introduction to engineering geodesy, current engineering projects
Accuracy dimensions, GUM, tolerances and confidences, standards and regulations
Precision distance measurement (e.g. interferometry)
Precision tachymetry (ATR, automatic measurement, 3D position determination)
Kinematic tachymetry (target tracking with tachymeter)
Laser tracker
Measurements for structural analysis:
inclination measurements (autocollimation, precision inclination sensor, angle interferometry)
Deflection measurements (profile scanner)
Determination of the path straightness from inclination measurement
Estimation of bending stiffness with analytical structural models from inclination and deflection measurements
