Digital Teaching
The course will be held as hybrid teaching in WiSe 2022/2023. The teaching starts
from October 18, 2022.
The teaching will take place on the days of the week and at the times specified in the schedule.
We would like to encourage all students to still attend the courses in presence.
The technical access to the digital teaching takes place via Moodle.
Course content
The class on Lean Production explains the history and structure of lean production systems. During the course of the semester the class addresses - in a demonstrative and practical way - basics to lean production systems, concept of value orientation and waste, standardisation and stability, just-in-time and pull-systems, lean quality, line optimization, value stream management, continuous improvement, lean logistics, implementation lean production.
