Real estate appraisal: property market, sales comparison approach, cost approach and income approach, valuation of rights; deductive land valuation
Urban land readjustment: reallocation, simplified reallocation, expropriation;
Rural land readjustment: land consolidation procedures, road and waterway planning

After attending the course, students will be able to,
- select and carry out the permissible land readjustment instrument for standard cases.
- select and perform the applicable real estate valuation method for standard cases.
- select and carry out appropriate instruments for standard cases of land development.
