Nachhaltigkeitsbezug der Veranstaltungsinhalte
In the studio, that is taught in close collaboration with the institute of design and sustainable construction, students will design a fair booth that exemplifies novel concepts of reuse and circular economy in architecture. Participants will design elements specifically for reuse but also work with scrap and off-cut materials. Furthermore, they will learn to assess the environmental impact of their designs using ecological Life Cycle Assessment. The studio is part of the project Design with Debris, a collaboration of DDU and ENB, which is funded by the Sto Stiftung.
