Legal basis, labour contract, employee and entrepreneur, part-time and limitation law, primary and secondary obligations, wage without work principle, severely disabled employees, maternity protection and parental leave, discrimination law, basics of the industrial relation and collective bargaining law, standard business conditions, annulment of contracts, general- and special dismissal protection, involvement of work council, dismissal on grounds of conduct, instant dismissal, termination of employment for operational reasons, termination of employment due to illness.
