Course Contents
This second part of the course Machine Elements and Mechatronics deals with mechanical machine elements. It begins with the methods of designing components in general and their dimensioning under steady-state and transient loading. Then specific mechanical machine elements are considered starting with simple elements. Starting with connections, springs, dampers, couplings, bearings and guides are then covered, and finally seals.
