Learning Outcomes: The students
- are able to understand the legal bases of awarding of contracts which are associated with construction projects in Europe
- master the basics of different procurement procedures
- are able to distinguish the legal standards of relevant provisions of the German Civil Code
- master the rules of VOB (Construction Tendering and Contract Regulations) Part B and Part C
- master in general the interpretation of the rules of VOB/B and VOB/C with typical applications
