Course Contents
Introduction to transmission electron microscopy, technical setup of TEM, electron/matter interaction, diffraction, convergent diffraction, bright field, dark field imaging, contrast formation at defects, phase contrast, high resolution, interpretation of TEM images (in terms of microstructure-property correlation).
