Course Contents
The required course consists of an exercise for building to suit climate and utilisation and will be accompanied by a series of lectures.
The exercise is divided into two parts:
The first part derives specific design strategies from climate analysis of different locations in different climate zones. By studying autochthonic building typologies, vuluable insights regarding building to suit the climate will be achieved. This is a good starting point into that issue.
In the second part the design-rules as defined in part one of the exercise, are to be applied within a small design exercise.
