Course Contents
This module addresses the different branches of biomedical engineering. Contents of lab experiments cover current topics of biomedical engineering like medical robotics, measuring and sensor technology, biomechanics, radiotherapy, imaging techniques, biosignal-monitoring, gerontology or Lab-on-a-Chip.
Preconditions
Recommended are „Electrical Engineering and Information Technology I“, and „Electrical Engineering and Information Technology II“
Further Grading Information
Form of examination will be announced at beginning of lecture.
The practical course consists of 5 different experiments.
Each participant therefore has only 5 experimental dates during the semester. The dates are on Fridays (9:00-13:00 or 14:00-17:00).
The allocation of the participants into the different experimental groups will take place after the registration deadline.
