Applilcation of the industrial relation law, content and legal characer of employee representations, principle of trustful cooperation, participation rights of the body, prerequisites and legal character of the bargaining agreement, responsibilities and prerequisites of the arbitration committee, participation in social matters, participation in individual personnel matters, responsibilities of the financial committee, prerequisites and legal character of balancing of interests and social-compensation plan.
