Digital Teaching
Face-to-face event. Due to the subject matter, individual units take place virtually. For this you will need an internet-capable device (laptop, tablet ...).
Literature
The relevant literature (in part in English) will be announced in the seminar.
Preconditions
During a 120-minute seminar session, you will participate in an intercultural escaperoom and may work with international students. Oral communication is expected to be in English. For this, a solid knowledge of English (general English B1/B2, certificate not necessary) is an advantage. You should be able to communicate orally with other participants with fluency: including asking and responding to questions, expressing your opinion, taking a stand, agreeing or disagreeing.
Expected Number of Participants
For now, the event is limited to 25 people.
Official Course Description
Intercultural communication in virtual learning formats, analysis of communication situations (in part in English), theoretical basics of intercultural communication, e-learning, linguistic skill "speaking", participation in intercultural escaperoom.
Additional Information
The type and scope of the examination will be announced at the beginning of the course.
