Course Contents
The aim of this course will be to consolidate and develop the existing Arabic language skills of students who speak and understand local varieties of Arabic due to their migrant or binational family environment.
Special emphasis is placed on communicative language and writing practice. Topics and texts in the university and professional context are dealt with using original media. Themes are: Training of expressions and vocabulary; consolidation of grammatical structures; text comprehension and analysis; discussion and commentary; writing short comments, summaries and presentations.

Placement test or certificate from Arabic VII/VIII
Please note that the placement test is MANDATORY. There are two dates to choose from:
Monday, 10.10.22, 16:00 to 17:30
Friday, 14.10.22, 10:00 to 11:30
