Course Contents
Introduction to methods for the development and implementation of innovative business models. Learning of tools for different process steps. Pratical examples are presented and discussed.

Get familiar with the tools while working on a self selected business model. Presentation of the results after each step during the preparation of the business model.

Will be given in lab.
