Die Tutorenqualifizierung richtet sich an neue Tutor:innen, die im selben Semester einen Praktikumsversuch oder eine Übung betreuen.
Basisqualifizierung (Blockseminar): Arbeiten mit einer Gruppe; Kommunikation und Leitung; Strukturieren einer Übungsstunde; Vermittlung von Lern- und Lösungsstrategien; Motivationsförderung; Umgang mit Konfliktsituationen; fachspezifische Aspekte
Praxismodul: Vertiefung eines praxisbezogenen Themas
Begleitseminar: Reflexion der eigenen Tätigkeit; Austausch mit anderen Tutoren
Hospitation: Feedback zum Umgang mit der Übungsgruppe

Course Contents
The tutor qualification addresses new student tutors who are supervising a lab experiment or exercise in the same semester.
Basis workshop: One-day workshop covering working with a group, communication and supervision, structure of an exercise, teaching learning and solution strategies; motivation of students; dealing with conflict situations; topic-specific aspects
Practical module: Deepening of a practice-related topic
Accompanying seminar: Reflection on your own work; Exchange with other tutors
Peer observation: Feedback on dealing with the group of students during the exercise or lab course.
