Digitale Lehre
Die Veranstaltung Rechnergestütztes Konstruieren (CAD) wird im SoSe 2024 als [b]Präsenzlehre [/b]abgehalten. Die Vorlesung wird zudem aufgenommen und durch zusätzliche digitale Materialien wie Demonstrationen und Übungen ergänzt.
Die Lehre startet in KW 15 ([b]ab 15.04.2024[/b]) und findet an den in der Terminkette genannten Wochentagen und Uhrzeiten (siehe TUCaN) statt.
Der digitale Zugang zur Lehre findet über [b]moodle [/b]statt. Hier finden Sie vor der Vorlesung auch die Verknüpfung zu allen wichtigen Informationen. Sie werden bei der Anmeldung in TUCaN automatisch auch zum CAD-moodle Kurs angemeldet. Bei Fragen oder Problemen melden Sie sich bitte bei den betreuenden Wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeitern [b]Michael Giese[/b] unter folgender Mail-Adresse [b]cad@plcm.tu-darmstadt.de [/b]. Alle weiteren Informationen erhalten Sie dann über moodle.
Für die Teilnahme an den Gruppenübungen bekommen Sie einen Rechnerplatz in den Poolräumen des GPZ. Die Teilnahme an den Übungen ist nicht verpflichtend.
Es wird semesterbegleitende Prüfungen geben, welche [u]an den Rechnern des GPZ bearbeitet werden müssen[/u].
Lehrinhalte
Die Veranstaltung gibt eine Einführung in das rechnerunterstützte Konstruieren mit 3D-CAD-Systemen und den darauf aufbauenden CAD-Prozessketten, insbesondere der Prozesskette CAD - Technische Produktdokumentation. Ausgehend vom Produktlebenszyklus wird der Produktentwicklungsprozess mit den modernen Methoden der Informationstechnologie dargestellt. Dazu zählen insbesondere CAD (Computer Aided Design)und PDM (Product Data Management). In den vorlesungsbegleitenden Übungen wird der Vorlesungsstoff vertieft und praktisch an einem modernen 3D-CAD-System umgesetzt.

Digital Teaching
The course Rechnergestütztes Konstruieren (CAD) will be held as an [b]classroom teaching[/b] in SoSe 2024. The lecture will be recorded additionally and complemented by additional digital materials such as demonstrations and exercises.
The teaching will start in week 15 ([b]from 15.04.2024[/b]) and will take place on the weekdays and times specified in the schedule (see TUCaN).
The technical access to the online teaching takes place via [b]moodle[/b]. You were automatically registered for the CAD moodle course when you registered in TUCaN. If you have any questions or problems, please contact the supervising research assistants [b]Christian Plesker[/b] at the following e-mail address [b]cad@plcm.tu-darmstadt.de [/b][b].[/b] You will then receive all further information via moodle.
For participation in the group exercises you will get a computer place in the pool rooms of the GPZ. Participation in the exercises is not compulsory.
There will be exams during the semester, which [u]have to be worked on at the computers of the GPZ[/u].
Course Contents
The course provides an introduction to computer-aided design with 3D CAD systems and the CAD process chains based on them, in particular the process chain CAD - Technical Product Documentation. Starting with the product life cycle, the product development process is presented using modern methods of information technology. These include in particular CAD (Computer Aided Design) and PDM (Product Data Management). In the exercises accompanying the lectures, the lecture material is deepened and practically implemented on a modern 3D CAD system.
