You will learn the current clinical therapeutic approaches to treat cancers. Introduction of the principles of (i) the biological mechanisms involved in vaccinations and their immunological potency (ii) the current standard of cares (immunotherapy, chemotherapy, radiotherapy) to treat cancer patients (iii) the developed RNA based vaccines in cancers. Example of research project will be described, which allowed to translate a pre-clinical study in several clinical trials for cancer patients. Students will learn the first concepts to draft a research grant proposal.
