In the block seminar "Key Qualifications", international Master's students receive intercultural orientation training in five workshops, which on the one hand help them to familiarise themselves with everyday life in Germany and on the other hand provide assistance in successfully organising their stay in Darmstadt and in particular their studies. The students are supported in structuring themselves and finding explanations as to which values are important in Germany and why different ideas can lead to misunderstandings. By working together, problems with each other are addressed and solution strategies developed.
