Course Contents
Students that select this module should work in a group to implement a pipeline for robotic manipulation based on the methodologies and papers presented in the iRobMan course.

The individual topic will be decided between the lecturer and the students, and it should be implemented in principle in simulation using tools like ROS, Gazebo, and MoveIt! Library.
Students will also have the possibility to apply their pipeline to a real robot. Knowledge of Python is a plus, but students could exercise their skills in programming during the practical lab.

Preconditions
Prior knowledge of robotics and programming skills in Python are recommended.

We strongly advise combining the practical lab with the lecture on intelligent robotic manipulation.

Expected Number of Participants
Due to a limited number of robots, we cannot accommodate more than 30 students.

Further Grading Information
The grade will be assessed by the individual performance of each student and their contribution to their team. In intermediate demonstrations, students need to show their progress (30% of the grade), while the final demo (40%), and a team-project report (30%) will account for the total grade.
