Course Contents
The lecture gives a rough overview of the building law regulations that an architect has to observe in his/her professional activity. It briefly explains how a contract comes about in the first place, who has to apply public procurement law and how he/she has to proceed. In particular, an overview of the regulations of the VOB/B is given and their significance for practice is discussed. Despite the large number of legal sources to be observed, the lecture is based on a pocket book containing the most important regulations to be observed.

After each lecture, the contents are made available for download in a script.
