Lehrinhalte
In this course, we will continue to deepen our understanding of the complexity of research-based writing. Drawing from a variety of academic texts covering various topics, you will read, summarize and evaluate the relevancy of these texts based on given tasks. As you prepare to write your research paper and search for valid sources that support your claims, you will engage in critical thinking and develop a dialogue with the authors and their stance towards the subject matter.  We will spend considerable time working with outside sources and practice using these directly and indirectly as part of your research findings. You will widen the scope of and increase your use of Academic Vocabulary in class group discussions and in your texts.
