The Lecture presents some of the challenges for the law (in the world), which should be known by modern cyber citizens in order to make quality decisions in a constitutional democracy. Therefore the lecture provides interactive experiences with technical, social and economic (non-evaluative order) challenges as well as legal approaches. Core is the functionality of the rule of law to provide freedom and security (Art. 67 TFEU). The extent of the challenges reach from energy to drone law. The content of the lecture will be subject to a flexible, sensible and sensitive solution (FS³).
